Una nueva oportunidad, para recorrer algunas calles de Madrid, sin tráfico y por en medio de la calzada. Eso sí, hay que hacerlo corriendo, cada uno a su ritmo pero corriendo.
El próximo día 26 de septiembre, se celebra una nueva edición de Madrid corre por Madrid, es una carrera popular, que viene celebrando la Comunidad de Madrid estos últimos años. La carrera es de 10 Km. Y tiene la salida y meta en el Parque del Retiro, es un recorrido urbano y cerrado al tráfico, por calles como La Gran vía, Alcalá, Mayor, etc…
La inscripción cuesta 5 Euritos, que van destinados a varias ONG’s, se puede hacer por internet, para mas info, mejor visitar [1] www.madridcorrepormadrid.com.
Haber si os animáis y nos vamos a correr por Madrid. “Esto va para todos, pero sobre todo para Malvantesa y Capitán Fanegas”.

No sé si estoy preparada para empezar a correr con este calor, lo de los 10 kms me parece fácil, voy a ver cuanto hago en la cinta pero creo que no llego.
Tengo tiempo para entrenarme, ¿ Cuanto son 10 km en tiempo? ¿ 1 hora, media…?. Supongo que habrá cola para apuntarse xq los días de diario El Retiro está a tope de gente que va a correr, conozco a varios que son asíduos. Vas a esas carreras y te encuentras con un montón de gente conocida. Tendré que ir informal pero arreglada. ¿ Es mixta o se hacen dos carreras?. Tengo dudas, entro en la página web a ver si me aclaro.

Acabo de visitar la página, cansa sólo ver el recorrido, una pasada, hasta la gra vía corriendo y lo que queda después, Bailén… una pasada. Creo que eso deber durar varias horas. Yo no sé Jon si tú tienes fondo para aguantar eso, que no es media hora, por lo menos tenemos para tres. Lo mejor es que cuando te dé la gana te paras y vuelves a casa en taxi o te metes en el Vips y a tomarnos unas tortitas con nata para reponer glucosa.
Sigo haciendo mis cálculos.

Haber Malvantesa, el recorrido parece más de lo que en realidad es, que son 10 Kg., y en tiempo, pon tirando muy por lo alto con una paradita si quieres y todo, 90 minutos, pero eso es muy por alto, los habrá que lo harán en 40, y un tiempo normal de amateur es entre 60 y 70 minutos. Tú haz cálculos, y cuando los tengas hablamos, que yo me encargo de las inscripciones. Te aseguro que una carrera popular de esta categoría, es una buena experiencia, y seguro que lo pasamos bien. Y además nuestras medias naranjas estarán ahí para animarnos.

Ánimo chicos! Si al final decidís ir, yo os aplaudiré desde la acera tomándome un refresco. Lo único que me animaría a intentar correr 10 kms seguidos (digo intentar, porque dudo que llegara al primer kilómetro), sería que se apuntara el Atlético, no me perdería por nada del mundo al Atlético con ropa de deporte. Bueno que vayáis entrenando duro, os espero en la meta para recoger el trofeo, que vais a llegar tan cansados que no vais a tener fuerza ni para cogerlo.

Al Atlético ni me lo imagino, creo que no le he visto correr ni para coger el autobús. Así pasa que cero lesiones en toda su vida. Bueno sí, hubo una temporada que sacaba “en volandas” a la cocina mi bici estática, bueno, pues del esfuerzo, estuvo a punto de herniarse y el médico le mandó una buena temporada de reposo. Desde entonces, saqué yo la bici a la cocina 8 ( tener hombres para eso!!!).
Ahora mismo, estoy en 20-25 min. de bici elíptica, no sé cuanto equivale eso a correr, supongo que menos. Ya lo hablamos, pero creo, que en principio me apunto con Exótica y Misteriosa, a esperar a Jon en la meta, con una cervecita en mano.

Estimado Jon, agradezco tus ánimos pero aprecio demasiado mi corazón, pulmones, hígado y demás miembros vitales que puedo ir perdiendo a partir del kilómetro 1,5. La que si está en forma para apuntarse es Guatipochi, se lo comentaré por si se anima…
Por último tengo que añadir en mi descargo que hace unos años a las 6 de la mañana después de una noche de entrenamiento en barra fija un “sabio profesional de los bares” me hablo como el maestro al pequeño saltamontes y me dijo: “manolin, correr es de cobardes” y esto caló en mi subcosciente. ¡¡yo iré a animarte desde una terracita y con una cervecita !!
